Job summary

Microland Limited in Jeddah invites applications for a Senior Engineer - Cloud and Datacenter (ENT) to join our IT operations team. You will monitor and maintain enterprise cloud and data center infrastructure, respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to service reliability and performance.

The role requires basic knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux, databases, storage technologies, and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduation in engineering or science.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Unix/Linux.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage and backups.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and process adherence.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts (rotational).
• Monitor IT infrastructure and backups.
• Follow SOPs for troubleshooting and incident handling.
• Log, track and escalate incidents with documentation.
