HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with telecommunications infrastructure expertise to join its PMCM team in Riyadh for a major government land development and infrastructure program. You will cover design review, construction supervision, testing, commissioning and handover.

The Lead Developer and contractors retain responsibility; you will monitor interfaces, document compliance, and provide recommendations to the Package Project Manager and Construction Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in both electrical power infrastructure and telecommunications design, design review, and construction supervision.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations and IEC standards; proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• PMC/PMCM or owner’s engineer or engineering supervision consultant role experience.

Responsabilités

• Review electrical and telecommunications design submissions at master-planning, concept, detailed-design and issued-for-construction stages.
• Review electrical infrastructure including medium- and low-voltage distribution, substations and transformers, feeders and cable networks, duct banks, earthings, protection, and street/realm lighting.
• Review telecommunications infrastructure including duct routes, manholes, fibre-optic cabling, access networks, and testing requirements.
• Assess design coordination between electrical and telecom systems and roads, drainage, water, civil structures, and existing utilities; identify clashes and constructability constraints.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, material submissions, test plans, RFIs, and deviations; issue architectural comments and recommendations.
• Monitor installation and construction of electrical and telecom infrastructure; verify conformity with drawings, specifications, and codes via site inspections.
• Coordinate with inspectors and authorities for inspections, permits, and service-provider connections.
• Witness electrical testing and commissioning and telecom testing per approved procedures.
• Monitor progress against schedules; identify risks and support mitigation.
• Review as-built records and handover documentation for readiness.
