Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in SAP maintenance modules and 5S/EMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance to extend machine life and reliability.
• Manage spare parts, monitor stock levels and costs with management guidance.
• Record work in SAP and maintain machine history and downtime data.
• Lead and train the electrical maintenance team and coordinate with mechanical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
