Job summary

alfanar Electric is seeking a Sr. Engineer Electrical Maintenance to oversee and optimize electrical maintenance activities for cables and related systems. You will lead a maintenance team, develop procedures, diagnose issues, and ensure safe operations in a high-output environment.

Responsibilities include managing unplanned breakdowns, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating spare parts. Strong leadership and SAP experience are essential for delivering reliable production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
6–10 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance.
Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating shifts.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing electrical maintenance activities to minimize unplanned breakdowns.
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance to extend machine life and reliability.
Control electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to meet cost targets.
Design and implement machine modifications to improve productivity and introduce new generations.
Lead and train the electrical maintenance team; record work in SAP and maintain machine history.
Plan electrical installation for new machines and coordinate relocation with mechanical teams.
Provide leadership and coaching to subordinates and ensure fair task distribution.
Execute planned activities to meet delivery schedules and report deviations.
Address problems promptly and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
Drive business process improvements and seek automation opportunities where possible.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
