Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Design Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical design for hospitality and leisure assets in Saudi Arabia. You will manage power distribution, lighting, ELV integration, and smart technologies to deliver reliable, safe, and premium guest experiences.
The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 20+ years of experience in electrical design, with strong coordination across architects and MEP teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 20+ years of electrical design experience, preferably in hospitality or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical design development from concept to IFC stage.
- Oversee power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV).
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes.
- Coordinate with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration.
- Drive innovative solutions in smart systems and energy efficiency.
- Manage consultants and review design quality.
- Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
