Horizon Contracting in Saudi Arabia seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer with strong design and technical skills to lead development of schemes for design and construction projects.

You will design electrical systems, develop concepts through detailed design, and prepare construction documentation while coordinating with other disciplines and managing deadlines. You will mentor the engineering team and drive quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of design and development experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design electrical systems from first principles for large and multi-storey projects.
• Develop concepts through detailed design and into construction documentation.
• Prepare shop drawings for electrical systems to issue to site and construction team.
• Lead material sourcing and construction system decisions based on function, value, availability and suitability.
• Understand and analyse others' designs to implement efficiencies.
