We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Engineering team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical design packages that support efficient manufacturing, project execution, and customer satisfaction across industrial and power distribution projects.

Role Purpose

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for developing detailed electrical design and drawing packages using CAD tools, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and internal engineering procedures. The role also involves coordination with production, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth industrial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Review customer specifications, project documents, and reference designs
• 🔹 Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and complete Bill of Materials (BOM)
• 🔹 Ensure on-time submission of electrical design packages for manufacturing
• 🔹 Monitor and control customer changes and ensure accurate implementation
• 🔹 Support drafting teams and ensure adherence to engineering standards
• 🔹 Reduce internal design errors, ECNs, and revised BOMs
• 🔹 Respond to technical clarifications from production, quality, and supply chain teams
• 🔹 Coordinate with customers and consultants during the design phase
• 🔹 Ensure designs meet customer expectations, quality, cost, and schedule targets
• 🔹 Support continuous improvement in engineering efficiency and processes

Qualifications & Experience

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• ✅ 5–10+ years of experience in electrical design within electrical manufacturing, power distribution, or industrial systems
• ✅ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering documentation
• ✅ Solid knowledge of electrical standards, symbols, and design practices
• ✅ Experience with BOM preparation and manufacturing coordination
• ✅ Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Knowledge of HSE requirements and compliance
