Job summary

Saudi Aramco (ASC) seeks a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to provide technical leadership for design, construction and commissioning of electrical power distribution, lighting, grounding and instrumentation across infrastructure and maritime assets.

You will ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, NEC/IEC codes, and regulatory requirements while overseeing on-site execution and supplier evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
• 15 years in oil & gas with leading electrical/instrumentation design and commissioning.
• At least 8 years in infrastructure and maritime project management.
• PMI PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical authority for the design, execution and commissioning of complex electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate work for designs, processes and reports supporting project execution.
• Review regulatory compliance of schematics and specifications to ensure industry standards.
• Review vendor submittals and equipment documentation for conformance and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting of advanced electrical and process control challenges with internal/external teams.
• Drive continuous improvements, cost estimates and technical justifications for facility modifications.
• Oversee commissioning/startup procedures for critical assets and ensure effective operation of improvements.
• Mentor engineering staff and develop proposals and studies for proposed projects.
