Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering required.
• 15 years in oil & gas with electrical/instrumentation design and commissioning leadership.
• At least 8 years in infrastructure and maritime project management.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical authority for design, execution and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate design reviews, reports and process integration with broader infrastructure projects.
• Assess regulatory compliance of schematics and specifications with industry standards.
• Review vendor submittals and manage contractor performance for project objectives.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate problem resolution with internal and external teams.
• Drive continuous improvement for facility modifications and cost justifications.
• Oversee commissioning/startup procedures for critical assets and solutions.
• Mentor staff on advanced design methodologies and reliability standards.
