Job summary

Fluor Corp in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Document & Data Management Specialist with extensive experience in EPC environments to manage project documentation and data workflows under EPFC processes.

You will implement document control systems, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams, ensure timely processing of drawings and reports, and maintain compliance with client standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related
• 15+ years’ experience in document control and data management
• Experienced in brownfield projects
• Project related experience in the EPFC industry
• Experience in engineering documents
• Experience in vendor communication
• Knowledgeable in Aconex and Microsoft Office
• Experience in setting up a document control system and plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop or reflect redline mark-ups for instrumentation deliverables using MicroStation or SI/SPI with less supervision
• Participating in project task force meetings
• Review work of others for accuracy and timeliness
• May direct the work activity and training of junior roles
• May report directly to task force engineering manager
• Responsible for compliance dictated by client regarding maintenance of related documentation
• Responsible for electronic receipt, recording, tracking reporting, and disposition of related documents in a timely manner
• Perform complex PDDM problem solving, duties, and analytic tasks
• Interface with groups inside and outside the organization
• May be required to give presentations to clients, projects, or management
• May fill in for an operations sub-lead on a small or intermediate project
