Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director - Land Valuation to lead the land valuation function within the Master Development Financing unit. You will shape the valuation methodology, benchmarks, and market intelligence informing land sale strategy across planning, design and delivery.

You will engage senior stakeholders across Master Development, district teams, Asset business units, and executive leadership; a registered valuer with GCC experience is preferred and you will drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in valuation, real estate, economics, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead land valuation methodology and benchmarking across all districts to ensure consistency and rigor.
• Shape land sale/leasing strategy by translating valuation insights into commercial recommendations.
• Support land transactions by providing market valuation input to commercial assessments.
• Manage relationships with external valuers and review outputs for quality and market alignment.
• Present valuation findings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders to inform planning and investment decisions.
• Provide valuation input to Asset Business Units for plot- and asset-level assessments.
• Develop valuation policy and processes, embedding valuation thinking into district planning at early stages.
• Collaborate with district masterplanning teams to align assumptions with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with wider MDU Financing team to link land cost and district feasibility.
• Support balance sheet exercises with Finance and PIF as required.
• Stay updated on market conditions, comparable transactions, and best practices to refine approach.
