Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Surveying or related discipline.
• Professional valuation qualification preferred (e.g., RICS, IVS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years in land valuation, development land valuation and real estate valuation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage masterplan, plot, package, and transactional land valuation exercises.
• Support asset value optimization and investment decisions through valuation analysis.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver valuation assignments.
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards (RICS, IVS, Taqeem) and governance.
• Review valuation assumptions, methodologies, market evidence, and conclusions.
• Support annual valuation, financial reporting, impairment, and transactions.
• Provide valuation insights for land monetization, development phasing, and partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and macro factors affecting land and real estate values.
