Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia seeks an Excellence Director to provide senior leadership for quality, continuous improvement, risk, training, and knowledge transfer on a major program. You will shape the Quality Management System and ensure adherence to customer and Parsons’ excellence requirements.

Lead cross‑functional teams, interact with executives, and develop strategies for process optimization, certifications; mentor staff and drive organization‑wide quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of professional oversight across multiple functions.
• Experience with ISO 9000, ASME, ANSI, ASTM standards.
• International experience, preferably in KSA/Middle East.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in staffing decisions and supervision.
• Manages salary administration and merit actions.
• Leads Quality Management System developments and training.
• Maintains certifications and interfaces with senior leadership.
• Drives performance improvement and risk reduction.
• Represents quality to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Guides overall program quality and reporting.
