Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Director, Land & Public Realm Optimisation - Land Use to lead City Operations reviews of parks, open spaces and public realm, and to shape vesting, ownership and cost strategies.

You will collaborate with masterplanning, finance, legal and governance teams to ensure affordable, maintainable and publicly beneficial outcomes across giga‑projects and major destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
• Professional membership in planning or related fields desirable.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in land-use planning and public realm.
• 8+ years in senior leadership or advisory roles.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead city operations reviews of parks, public spaces and public realm.
• Develop vesting framework, criteria and decision records.
• Assess public purpose, beneficiaries and operational needs.
• Evaluate land area, configuration and renewal needs.
• Prepare executive recommendations and governance papers.
• Coordinate with masterplanning, design, finance and legal teams.
