Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale sports venue development for mega-events (e.g., FIFA World Cup, Olympic Games).
• Proven track record of delivering sports facilities on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry, trends, and best practices in venue design and operation.
• Excellent project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
