UXBERT Labs in Riyadh seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The role requires a strong consulting background, exceptional leadership, and multi-vendor delivery experience.

The candidate will govern programs, manage executive stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams while driving governance, quality, and client satisfaction across initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in Project Management.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale or government digital programs.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
MBA preferred.
PMP certification mandatory; other certs desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs.
Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
Establish governance, reporting, risk, RAID, and dashboards.
Serve as primary contact for executives and steering committees.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX, CX, Product, Tech, Data, AI, PMO and vendors.
Mentor project managers and improve PMO practices.
