Role: Senior Development Lead / Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Development Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, LLD, API Development & Security, and React JS.

The ideal candidate will be a Player-Coach who can lead developers while actively contributing to technical design, LLD, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and translate requirements into LLD, service architecture, API contracts and integration flows.
• Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs.
• Drive API security using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Authentication/Authorization and API Gateway concepts.
• Provide technical leadership for React JS development and API integration.
• Remain hands-on with coding, debugging, performance optimization and complex technical issues.
• Conduct code/design reviews, mentor developers and remove technical blockers.
• Support production/L3 issues, RCA, deployments, DR activities and application stabilization.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, Security and Business teams.
