Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary design programs across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives, codes, and contractual requirements.

You will establish the design vision, execution plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinating architecture, engineering, and construction teams while mentoring design leads and liaising with clients and regulators to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 15+ years of related professional experience.
• Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary design activities across projects.
• Develop and implement the Design Execution Plan and integration with HSE/QA plans.
• Define design requirements across disciplines and ensure compliance with codes and contracts.
• Coordinate interfaces between architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and other disciplines.
• Oversee design reviews, workshops, and constructability reviews.
