Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in GCC / Saudi market preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage design from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall design process across project stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across architecture, structure, MEP, and infrastructure.
• Review and approve design deliverables to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.
• Establish and monitor design schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for approvals and information.
• Lead design review meetings and manage responses to technical comments and design changes.
• Support value engineering and design optimization while maintaining quality and constructability.
• Mentor design team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
