Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh region seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to oversee end-to-end project delivery for a portfolio of hospitality developments, coordinating with design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operators to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned hospitality projects ensuring alignment with overall project objectives development requirements and approved execution strategies.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including governmental entities contractors and operators.
• Coordinate across design engineering construction procurement and operator teams to support smooth execution and timely resolution of project issues.
• Identify risks issues and delays early and implement corrective actions to maintain project outcomes.
• Support the development and implementation of delivery plans schedules and budgets in coordination with senior delivery leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and compliance with design intent and safety standards.
• Ensure successful project close-out commissioning and handover to operations teams.
• Assist in managing contractor claims and contractual issues in coordination with senior management and commercial functions.
• Coordinate project close-out activities including testing commissioning snagging and readiness for handover to operations.
• Support integration of pre-opening activities with operators to ensure readiness for launch including coordination of soft opening preparations and operational requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates for internal stakeholders and senior delivery management.
• Continuously review and improve project management methodologies and processes in line with best practices.
• Promote a high performance collaborative delivery culture aligned with Qiddiya s values safety commitments and long term vision Provide guidance to direct reports.

Role Overview

Role Overview The Senior Manager Delivery will take full developer side accountability for end to end project delivery providing clear direction to delivery partners construction supervision consultants contractors and suppliers This role will be responsible for the full delivery lifecycle of large scale hospitality developments comprising a portfolio of hotel developments including ultra-luxury luxury and mid-scale assets delivered through multiple construction contracts and ensuring delivery on time and within budget while achieving the highest standards of quality brand compliance and operational readiness across all hospitality assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or project delivery, preferably with exposure to large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, or complex building projects.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams, including consultants, contractors, and client-side delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and quality management processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders at project level
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project management standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
