Job summary

Elm Company seeks a Consultant to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise data integration solutions enabling reliable data movement across business systems and analytics platforms. The role focuses on ETL processes, data pipelines, and ensuring data quality, availability, and performance across the enterprise data ecosystem.

The position reports to the System Design & BI unit within the Data & Analytics department, under the Technology Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, BI, or related domains.
• Experience developing scalable data integration components and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support enterprise reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop scalable and reusable data integration components and workflows.
• Implement enhancements to ETL solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure ETL solutions comply with established data engineering standards and practices.
• Monitor, support, and maintain production data pipelines and scheduled processing jobs.
• Investigate operational incidents affecting data pipelines and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain datasets required for dashboards, analytics, and business reporting.
