Job summary

Flint International in Riyadh seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead core network delivery projects within the DC domain. You will define scope, plan resources, manage subcontractors, create schedules and monitor progress.

The role requires 10+ years in project management, strong leadership, risk/change management, and proficiency with project management software. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Electrical engineering preferred) is recommended; immediate joiners or up to 30 days notice

Qualifications

• Core Network delivery experience within DC domain.
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
• Experience with techniques and tools relevant to PM.
• 10+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Electrical engineering preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem solving; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivery target fulfillment.
• Core Network information and familiarity with connectivity.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Manage subcontractor and team.
• Allocate project resources.
• Create schedule and project timeline.
• Support and direct team.
• Lead quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress, problems and solutions.
• Evaluate and assess results of project.
