Job summary

flint-international seeks a Saudi Performance and Reporting Engineer to analyze data, manage reporting, and assure service performance. The role involves working with network devices and service-related requests, utilizing tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, and Power BI.

Experience with routers, switches and firewalls from Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto is preferred, along with strong MS Office skills for reporting and presentations.

Qualifications

• Data analysis methodologies using best practice scenarios.
• Reporting management with tabular data and graphs.
• Assurance; analysis and justifications.
• Network requests (changes).
• Service assurance (requests).
• Tools familiar with SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow or equivalents.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI preferred.
• Managed routers, switches and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Metrics analysis; conduct functional testing and discuss fixes with management.
• Service improvement; identify problem areas for enhancement plans.
