Job summary

Geidea is seeking a Cyber Counter Fraud Senior Manager to lead monitoring, investigation and control design across payments. You will enhance detection capabilities, ensure SAMA framework compliance and build a high-performing team protecting merchants and customers.

You will design rules and risk scoring, conduct risk assessments, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Cybersecurity, Risk, Tech and Operations to maintain 24/7 coverage and robust incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fraud/cybersecurity or risk experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Professional certifications: CFE, CFI, CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GCFE, or GCIH.
• Experience with cyber-fraud detection and investigations.
• Knowledge of SAMA Counter-Fraud requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end cyber-counter-fraud monitoring and investigations.
• Design and tune fraud-detection rules and risk scoring models.
• Lead risk assessments and remediation across products and channels.
• Support SAMA framework compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop the Counter Fraud team with training and standards.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Tech, Ops, and Compliance.
• Present KPI/KRI reports and threat intelligence to leadership.
• Drive integration of cyber-fraud systems and data pipelines.
