• Coordinating with recruitment agents worldwide and shortlisting CVs.
• Managing salary/contract terms negotiations and onboarding for staff onshore/offshore.
• Planning work and vacation periods for offshore crew and preparing rotation plans.
• Coordinating with agents for sign-on/off, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
• Preparing monthly payroll and maintaining crew documents.
• Instructing vessels, agents, and contractors daily; coordinating with clients for CV submissions.

RECRUITMENT

• 1.Identifying positions required by the company.
• 2.Posting job posts on job portals / follow up.
• 3.Coordinating with recruitment agents worldwide.
• 4.Communicating with contacts for requirements.
• 5.Shortlisting required CV.
• 6.Selection process and initial Interviews.
• 7.Document’s verification.
• 8.Salary and contract terms negotiations.
• 9.Obtaining Final approval in respect to the selection and recruitment of the staff Onshore/ Offshore.
• 10.Sourcing for Officer and Crew for respective vessel.
• 11.Planning of the Work and Vacation period of Offshore Crew.
• 12.Preparing Rotation plan for all Officer and Crew as per contract.
• 13.Updating and maintaining the documents of the crew.
• 14.First point of contact for all Officer and Crew
• 15.Preparing monthly Payroll.

CREWING and LOGISTICS

• 1.Coordinating with agents for making Sign on / Sign off.
• 2.Processing respective Visa proceeding of the crew.
• 3.Coordinating with agents to process required visa.
• 4.Processing LOI for Saudi visa.
• 5.Processing KSA, UAE, Oman, Etc visa

CREWING and LOGISTICS

• 1.Coordinating with agents for making Sign on / Sign off.
• 2.Processing respective Visa proceeding of the crew.
• 3.Coordinating with agents to process required visa.
• 4.Processing LOI for Saudi visa.
• 5.Processing KSA, UAE, Oman, Etc visa.
• 6.Coordinating with travel agent to book cost effective flights.
• 7.Preparing travel documents (Covid test, Hotel bookings, local travel arrangements).
• 8.Daily correspondence and communications with the vessels.
• 9.Processing Flag State Documentation as per vessel flag.
• 10.Identification and conducting the trainings required for the seafarers.
• 11.Follow with accounts and vessels for payroll supporting documents.

OPERATIONS and ADMINISTRATION

• 1.Coordinate with /Clients for CV submission and review.
• 2.Proposing candidates for Quality and Assurance provisional approvals
• 3.Preparing documents for / other authorities
• 4.Instructing vessels, agents, and contractors on a daily basis.
• 5.Planning logistic mobilization of Officers and Crew.
• 6.Negotiation with service providers
• 7.Verifying invoices received
• 8.Coordinating with accounts
