Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Riyadh seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager (Pre-Contract) to support our Infrastructure team on a major aviation program. You will lead pre-contract cost estimation, budgeting, and cost planning, delivering trusted advice to drive project decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in similar roles, a Quantity Surveying degree, and familiarity with CostX; BIM experience is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• MRICS membership is an advantage.
• 5–10 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience in pre-contract cost estimating for infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Knowledge of CostX; BIM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre-contract cost estimating and budgeting activities.
• Provide excellent service delivery to clients and build trust.
• Support the Commission Manager in allocated tasks.
• Ensure cost management throughout from pre-contract to construction completion.
