Job summary

Turner amp Townsend in Riyadh seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager Pre-Contract to join our Infrastructure team on a major aviation program. You will lead pre-contract cost estimating, budgeting, and cost planning to support project decisions and delivery.

Candidate should have robust experience in infrastructure or aviation costs within a consultancy, with strong capability in costX and BIM, and MRICS as an advantage. This role is based in Riyadh and requires on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure or aviation programs in a cost consultancy.
• Proven pre-contract services from feasibility to tendering, cost planning, and estimating civil/MEP works.
• Ability to work under pressure in a client environment.
• MRICS membership is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre-contract cost estimating and budgeting activities providing accurate cost advice to support project planning and decision-making.
• Provide excellent service delivery to clients and gain their trust.
• Support the Commission Manager and take responsibility for allocated tasks.

Turner amp Townsend is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Cost Manager Pre-Contract to join our talented Infrastructure team based in Riyadh working on one of our major aviation programs.

SCOPE

The Senior Cost Manager will support our commission leads in pre-contract estimating and cost planning responsibilities within a complex program.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Undertake pre-contract cost estimating and budgeting activities providing accurate cost advice to support project planning and decision-making Provide excellent service delivery to clients gain their trust and enhance our reputation Support the Commission Manager s taking responsibility for allocated tasks Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre contract to construction completion.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience of working on major programs for Infrastructure or Aviation projects within a cost consultancy environment.
• Solid experience and capability of pre-contract services from feasibility through to tendering, cost planning, estimating of civil and MEP works.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate proven experience of working in a high-pressured, busy project, within a client environment.
• Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Professional membership is an advantage i.e. MRICS.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters.
• Knowledge of CostX (BIM experience is an advantage).
