Job summary

ADDAR GROUP, a diversified group, is seeking a Cost Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on project costing, cost tracking, and ensuring contract profitability across operations and finance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has 5–8 years of experience in O&M, EPC, or oil & gas sectors. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in O&M, industrial services, technical services, EPC, oil & gas, or power generation.
• Strong understanding of project costing, cost tracking, manpower and material utilization, and contract profitability.
• Experience in service order management, job completion documentation, and invoicing coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and cost reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costing and cost tracking across sites.
• Monitor manpower and material utilization to ensure contract profitability.
• Coordinate service orders, job completions, and invoicing processes.
• Prepare cost reports and liaise with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.
