Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a senior Cost Controller for our sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5–8 years of relevant experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, or power generation.

You will oversee project costing, cost tracking, and profitability, coordinating with site teams and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and cost reporting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, or power generation.
• Strong understanding of project costing, cost tracking, manpower and material utilization, and contract profitability.
• Experience in service order management, job completion documentation, and invoicing coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and cost reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments.
