Job summary

ADDAR GROUP in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join our sister company. The role focuses on project costing, tracking manpower and material usage, and ensuring contract profitability.

You will coordinate with site teams and finance to deliver accurate cost reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Cost Engineering or related field, with 5–8 years in cost control, O&M or EPC sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant cost control experience, preferably in O&M, industrial services, technical services, EPC, oil & gas, or power generation.
• Strong understanding of project costing, cost tracking, manpower and material utilization, and contract profitability.
• Experience in service order management, invoicing coordination, and ERP proficiency.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control activities for projects and monitor cost performance.
• Track manpower and material utilization and report variances.
• Coordinate with site teams, Operations, Commercial, and Finance for invoicing and cost reporting.
• Maintain accurate cost records and support contract profitability analysis.
