Job summary

TalentHive in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join the PMO of a well-established group. You will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights to understand where value is created and where costs rise.

Working with Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO leadership, you will build dashboards and KPIs, monitor budgets and profitability, and identify opportunities to improve asset utilisation, reduce downtime and strengthen revenue protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years' experience within cost control, revenue management and/or financial analysis.
• Proven experience with invoicing, collections and accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical capability with utilisation and profitability analysis.
• Experience within equipment rental, fleet or another asset-intensive industry preferred.
• CMA, CFA or a cost/financial analysis certification would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce budget vs. actual, variance and profitability analysis.
• Monitor the monthly revenue cycle and help identify revenue leakage.

• Build management reports, dashboards and KPIs that provide clear visibility of business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilisation, reduce downtime and increase profitability.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO teams to improve cost and revenue control.

We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join the PMO of a well-established Saudi group as it continues to strengthen and develop its Supporting Services operations.

This is not simply a traditional project cost-control position. You will have exposure across operational and equipment activities, helping management understand where money is being made, where costs are increasing, how effectively assets are being utilised and where profitability can be improved.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO leadership, you'll turn financial and operational data into meaningful commercial insight and help drive better business decisions.

What we're looking for

Mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• 6–8 years' experience within cost control, revenue management and/or financial analysis
• Proven experience with invoicing, collections and accounts receivable
• Strong analytical capability with experience in utilisation and profitability analysis

Experience within equipment rental, fleet or another asset-intensive industry is preferred, rather than mandatory. Experience working across Finance, Operations, Maintenance and PMO functions is also advantageous.

CMA, CFA or a cost/financial analysis certification would be an advantage but is not essential.

This is an opportunity to move beyond routine reporting and take on a role with real operational and commercial visibility.
