Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant Finance discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.
• P&L management and financial performance experience.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Experience within a multi-entity, shared-services or operationally diverse organisation would be relevant.
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA or ACCA would be advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans.
• Oversee P&L performance, financial reporting and management information.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting disciplines.
• Analyse costs, variances and financial performance and identify areas requiring action.
• Support accurate and timely month-end and period-end reporting.
• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders across the organisation.
• Ensure effective utilisation of ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes, reporting and controls.
• Provide guidance and leadership across the Finance function.

As part of the continued strengthening of its Finance function, we are looking for an experienced Saudi Finance Manager to join the organisation in Dammam.

This is a senior Finance opportunity within a large and operationally diverse business environment, offering broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, controls and business performance.

The role will suit a commercially aware Finance professional who combines strong financial management capability with hands‑on execution and can work effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans
• Oversee P&L performance, financial reporting and management information
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decision-making
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting disciplines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant Finance discipline
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including appropriate management/leadership exposure
• Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting
• Demonstrable experience with P&L management and financial performance
• Strong financial analysis and management-reporting capability
• Experience using ERP and financial reporting systems
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders
• Experience within a multi-entity, shared-services or operationally diverse organisation would be particularly relevant
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA or ACCA would be advantageous but are not essential
