Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks a data and logistics analyst to gather, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making and reporting. You will coordinate distribution flows, manage inventory accuracy, and optimize transport planning across suppliers and customers.

You will apply Power BI, data management, and database skills to design plans, generate comprehensive reports, and support cross-departmental events with practical logistical insights.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred).
• MS Office.
• Supply Chain and Logistics systems.
• Data Management/Data Science.
• Power BI.
• Database languages.
• Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, sort and aggregate data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Consult on business information needs and decision making.
• Design, plan, coordinate and manage data to generate output reports and presentations.
• Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness and ensure all necessary information is included.
• Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients.
• Develop new methods for storing or transporting goods to reduce costs or increase efficiency.
• Review shipping costs to determine the most cost-effective method of transporting goods.
• Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows.

To support the - Transport amp Distribution Department through the gathering cleansing sorting and aggregation of data from various sources To then consult on the business information and decision-making needs and design plan coordinate and manage data to generate output reports and presentations Working with shipping companies to ensure that shipments arrive on time and in good condition Coordinating the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses Maintaining accurate inventory records in order to identify overstocks or shortages Reviewing orders to make sure they have been filled correctly and that all necessary information is included Planning routes and schedules for transport vehicles in order to meet delivery deadlines Coordinating with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients Developing new methods for storing or transporting goods that can help reduce costs or increase efficiency Reviewing shipping costs to determine the most cost effective method of transporting goods Supporting other departments within a company by providing them with logistical support during events such as trade shows
