Job summary
AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer, Contracts to lead contract administration within the Infrastructure – Commercial & Contracts team. The role focuses on managing contractual activities, handling claims, variations, and EOT submissions, and coordinating across Commercial, Technical, and Construction teams.
The candidate should have 8–10 years of contracts management experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and be proficient in MS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in contracts management, commercial administration, and contract execution.
- Strong experience in claims and formal contractual correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration and contractual activities.
- Manage and support claims, variations, and EOT submissions.
- Review contracts, client variations, and subcontractor claims.
- Prepare contractual dashboards, reports, and tracking logs.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Technical, and Construction teams.
- Support contractual compliance, project handover, and close-out activities.
