Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee contract administration and commercial support across the project lifecycle, safeguarding client interests and managing variations, claims and commercial risks.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders, review change orders, EOTs and payment applications, and contribute to close-out of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contract administration/commercial experience.
• Experience with a PMC, client, consultant, or major contractor.
• Proven experience in variations, claims, EOT, payment, negotiations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractual compliance, notices, obligations, milestones, and insurance.
• Manage variations and change control from identification to implementation.
• Review PVNs, PVRs, Change Orders and supporting substantiation.
• Assess entitlement, cost and programme impacts of variations and claims.
• Review claims including EOT, disruption, prolongation and additional costs.
• Coordinate with QS/Cost Management on certification and payments.
• Draft contractual notices and commercial correspondence.
• Maintain registers and provide regular commercial reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, and stakeholders.
• Support amendments, extensions, close-out and final account activities.
