Job summary

A leading energy company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer with a strong background in managing contracts for ARAMCO Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, a relevant Bachelor's Degree, and proficiency in contract management processes. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, managing compliance, and handling disputes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer in Oil & Gas EPC sector, preferably on ARAMCO projects.
• Strong understanding of ARAMCO contractual procedures, policies, and documentation standards.
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms in compliance with ARAMCO standards.
• Administer full contract lifecycle including change orders and claims.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
