Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts to mitigate risk.
• Provide ongoing commercial support ensuring compliance with practices.
• Support pre/post contract awards and manage staffing for projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify risks and resolve issues quickly.
• Engage legal team as needed and manage change orders and claims.
• Maintain contract logs and reporting; support dispute resolution.
