Job summary

Dar, the founding member of the Sidara group, seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee formation, administration and management of contracts and subcontracts across the project lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with regulations and project procedures while coordinating with engineering and management teams.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in senior contracts roles, strong Negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of procurement regulations, with preference for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on major projects.
• Experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, claims, change orders, and contract negotiations.
• Thorough knowledge of prime contract administration and subcontracting procedures.
• Strong knowledge of government and commercial procurement regulations and contracting practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage formation and administration of contracts and subcontracts through project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Administer back charges, variations, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders and contract amendments.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation.
• Support resolution of claims and disputes in accordance with contract provisions.
• Coordinate contract matters with engineering, construction, commercial and project management teams.
• Maintain proper contract records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support planning and scheduling activities related to contractual requirements.
