Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Legal professional with a law degree to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will review, draft, and negotiate contracts including B2B and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You will work closely with senior colleagues, provide critical support on contract-related matters, and help manage legal documentation and regulatory compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Law.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in contract review and legal documentation.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract review and analysis to ensure alignment with policies and legal standards.
• Drafting, revising, and negotiating NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Identify legal risks within agreements and recommend amendments to protect interests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and update internal records.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide legal insight on contract matters.
