Job summary

Tafaul is seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager to lead strategies, oversee content development, and ensure delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content across platforms.

The ideal candidate will guide content teams, maintain consistency in voice, and translate complex topics into engaging materials for diverse audiences, with a focus on public relations and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of content creation, strategy, or editorial management.
• Experience leading content teams on multiple client projects.
• Excellent Arabic writing and editing skills with strong English.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, editing, and PM skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
• Experience in PR/marketing/communications agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead content strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, brand positioning, and communication goals.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content across digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage content writers and creative teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, creativity, brand alignment, and adherence to client requirements.
• Manage editorial calendars, content plans, and production timelines across multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with public relations, account management, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Translate complex topics and client briefs into engaging, relevant, and audience-focused content.
• Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on insights and audience engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and tone across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital content developments, and emerging storytelling formats.
