You will facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, develop structured presentations, and deliver clear recommendations to executive-level clients while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge beneficial.
• On-site in Riyadh with occasional travel.
• Saudi nationals only.

Role Description

The Senior Consultant role at LocalEyes is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, diagnose business challenges, and design practical, data-driven solutions across strategy, operations, and digital transformation. This role involves facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, preparing structured presentations, and delivering clear recommendations to executive-level clients. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development efforts, and supporting the continuous improvement of LocalEyes’ methodologies and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a track record of leading complex client projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and developing actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Proven project management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams and to mentor and coach junior colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, customer experience, or localization-related projects is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic and prior experience working in Riyadh or the broader GCC region are beneficial.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in consulting is required
• Fluency in English is required
• Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and availability for occasional travel
