Qualifications

• Accredited four‑year degree in a relevant field and twelve years related work experience, or sixteen years for non‑degree holders.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Solid technical knowledge to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to learn and apply local, provincial, and national regulations and guidelines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet project schedules.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of construction operations and support functions.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing requirements.
• Constructability experience in office and site environments.
• Basic computer skills: word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods and procedures for implementing special construction discipline work processes.
• Support projects located in both office and field environments.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Organize and prioritize assignments, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
