Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of one or more sites with focus on schedule, budget, and quality. You will coordinate with site supervisors and report to regional leadership while ensuring compliance with safety, technical standards, and company procedures.

Responsibilities include planning site mobilization, managing procedures, documenting progress, and delivering final As-Built records in alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Site Supervisor/Commissioning Supervisor.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources on large sites.
• Proven track record in safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and monitor project schedules with Site Works Coordinator.
• Manage budget objectives, costs, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with HSE Manager on safety and environmental matters.
• Ensure site organisation, facilities and office setup is in place.

Education

Baccalaureate + 2 years of Electrical Engineering
