Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee major projects within the PMO in Saudi Arabia. The role involves directing construction management from planning to handover and close-out, and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and HSE standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams on complex, large-scale developments across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural disciplines or architecture, or related field.
• Extensive experience in construction management, PMO/EPC contexts with large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction management activities across major projects within the PMO.
• Manage project delivery from planning through handover and close-out.
• Monitor contractors’ performance against scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review construction methodologies, work programs, and technical submissions.
• Lead construction readiness, testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and close-out activities.
