LUMA Energy seeks a senior project manager to direct transmission, distribution and substation construction delivery in Puerto Rico. The role guides multidisciplinary teams, ensures contract and change-management compliance, and drives quality and safety across projects while meeting regulatory and corporate standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in construction/utility projects with 5+ years in a managerial role and 3+ years leading multiple crews.
• Experience with high-voltage utility construction and capital projects.
• Experience managing union labor or contracted field forces.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction across Transmission, Distribution and Substation projects.
• Direct supervisors and field staff with compliant work planning.
• Optimize department operations and mentor leadership.
• Evaluate quality processes and implement continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance; adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standards, labor agreements, and regulations.
