Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee construction logistics activities within a defined project area. You will coordinate access, traffic management, haul routes, deliveries and temporary logistics areas to ensure contractor alignment and site safety.

The role requires a Saudi National preference, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 7–10 years of experience coordinating logistics on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Saudi National preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Transport Planning or a related discipline.
• Typically 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction logistics, site operations, infrastructure delivery or traffic management.
• Practical experience coordinating contractor logistics on active construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction access, traffic management, haul routes and temporary logistics areas.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, logistics layouts, phasing plans and work programs.
• Experience undertaking inspections and following corrective actions through to closure.
• Understanding of construction health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project and package-level logistics.
• Coordinate daily and weekly logistics activities within the assigned area.
• Act as the day-to-day logistics contact for contractors and work packages.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with approved logistics and traffic-management plans.
• Coordinate access requests, vehicle movements and route changes.
• Prepare logistics reports and documentation for meetings.
• Support audits, assurance reviews and investigations.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to logistics and site operations.
