Job summary

State Street Saudi Arabia is recruiting an experienced Compliance professional to serve as MLRO and Chief Compliance Officer for the SSSAFS. The role focuses on managing CMA-regulated financial crimes programs, providing advisory support, and ensuring timely closure of issues across the business units.

The ideal candidate has extensive CMA knowledge, CME1/CME2 credentials, and at least 8 years of related experience, including people management in an international capital markets setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CMA regulatory requirements and CMA products.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, including staff management.
• CMA CME 1 and CME 2 certificates are required.
• Experience in international capital markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assessment of Compliance and Financial Crimes risks.
• Oversee the regulatory compliance programme for SSSAFS per CMA rules.
• Advise management on regulatory matters affecting business decisions.
• Represent Compliance and Financial Crimes in governance forums and produce reports.
• Identify training needs and implement staff education on Compliance and Financial Crimes.
