Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years in petrochemicals and refining projects.
• Proven EPC project management experience.
• Experience in refining or petrochemical technologies.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the implementation of the commissioning plan.
• Support and train PMT EPCC package teams on commissioning activities and best practices.
• Support the PMT commissioning Manager and commissioning Department in their activities.
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning interface points between packages and stakeholders.
• Enforce the project HSE plan and ensure compliance across all commissioning activities.
• Review and expedite handover plans of systems to PMT Operation Readiness Organisation.
