Job summary

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Senior Planner to join our team on a prestigious mixed-use development project. The successful candidate will plan, schedule, and oversee timelines to ensure successful delivery of complex developments.

The Senior Planner will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner on mixed-use developments.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Experience in construction planning, scheduling methodologies, and project controls.
• Ability to manage complex schedules with multiple stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines to ensure delivery of complex mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
