Overview
As the Senior Commercial Analyst in Wealth Management, you will be the strategic commercial partner responsible for driving research and informed decision-making within the wealth division.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex market research modelling, in-depth analysis across products and clients, focusing on key metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue generation.
- Creation of client proposals, pitch decks, and post-sales client analytics.
- Market Research: Keep analysing the real estate market to identify opportunity hotspots in the region, read available secondary data/reports and present takeaways to management, periodically publish research reports, and perform on-demand global research on rules, regulations, tax laws, etc., for the target geographic markets.
- Client Proposals and Pitch Deck Development: Work closely with the Wealth Management team to do client need analysis and risk profiling, design client proposals based on the client profile and the real estate sector research, communicate with internal stakeholders for proposal deliberation, and once approved, develop the pitch deck for the client.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance metrics, including AUM and revenue streams such as advisory fees and transactional income; develop management reports for wealth teams and related assets.
- Special Projects: Work on special projects assigned by the line manager, which may include areas related to commercial, regulatory, and financial matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in research, business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- 5-10 years of Research, Business Analysis & Reporting.
- Proven track record in making reports, feasibility and commercial documents.
- In-depth knowledge of research tools and techniques.
- A deep understanding of the real estate market services/products.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong team orientation, communication, & creative skills.
